Friendly, tidy female flatmate wanted to share my lovely flat.

The room is a spacious, furnished double.

The rent is £290 per month and includes all bills except electricity. The room is available for short term up to 3 months, maybe longer.

The flat is a 1 minute walk away from Tescos and Coop Food, a 15 minute walk away from Chorlton and a short walk to the bus stop for the city centre. Its a 15 minute walk to the Universities and 5 minute on the bus to the Universities.

n. b. although the room is spacious it doesn't have much storage space so would probably suit someone who is living in Manchester for a few months.
