Double room in shared house

I have a double room to rent in a quiet part of Whalley Range just off Withington Road and close to all the local amenities and bus routes! It's a 15 minute walk to Chorlton and also to the tram stops at Morrison's in Chorlton and at Firswood! The nearest bus route is the 86 which is a few minutes walk away and there are the 86 and 15 buses that stop at Brooks' Bar which is a ten minute walk away! There are shops that cater for every need and the recently regenerated Alexandra Park is fantastic.
