Beautifully quiet room in leafy Whalley Range

Room available Monday to Friday in 2 bed second floor flat, sharing with female tenant.
My current lodger is moving on, sadly, after two years.
I am moving flats around late March, early April. Not sure exactly of the date but the room is available for at least a month. Exact length of stay is negotiable but ideally one month minimum stay.

The room:
Comfortable double bed and bedding in a quiet location
Desk and stool
Hanging rail in cupboard with hangers and basket
Full length mirror
Two blinds to make the room totally dark
Towels supplied and hooks on back of door
Instant electric wall panel heater
Wi fi (not always mega fast, but adequate enough to stream TV on laptop in living room)

I'm looking for an easy-going professional who is clean and tidy and considerate. I'm mindful about noise so try to close doors quietly etc so as not to disturb. I like a laugh and have a dry sense of humour. It's not a Twenty Four Hour Party People flat however I am happy to share a meal and chat when we are both in.

Things to point out:
It's a TV free flat!
No microwave
The fridge and kitchen storage space is small, but I'll make sure you have 50% of the fridge space and there is an under the counter basket to keep your dry food.
I don't eat meat (but I do eat fish) so would ask you don't cook meat in the flat but a bit of ham in the fridge, for example, won't send me off on one.
Parking on the road.

Three bars/ basic eateries 5 mins walk plus take-aways, Tesco Local, Coop, Post Office,
Bus stop. I take the Metro into Manchester, from Firswood, less than 15 minute walk to Firswood tram stop, which I take each day.

The flat is in a small cul-de-sac of maisonettes and flats built in 1990, right next door to an amazing Grade II listed building (see photo)
