Bright Beautiful Double Room

Just outside the city centre and not moss side as stated on the map...

The apartment has two floors and the double room available is a good size. It includes a wardrobe, desk, bed side table, chest of draws and shelves. You will share a bathroom with one other flat mate and this bathroom has bath and shower facilities as my room is en suite. There is a gated car park where you will have a space to park your car if you drive. There is only 4 flats in our block and ours is on the top floor and the building is very safe with fob access. There's also have a balcony off the down stairs area. There is a washer dryer and the flat is fully furnished. All bills and internet are included in the cost. There is also shelf space in the kitchen and your own cupboards etc.

Flat is walking distance to town or takes around 7 minutes by taxi, there is a bus stop directly opposite and Asda is a 5 minute walk round the corner. The location is ideal as we are literally close to everything.

We both work full time, one of us mon-fri and the other shifts. We are really close friends and spend a lot of time together. We are tidy considerate and respectful. This is our home as well as a flat share. Were looking for someone on a permanent/long term basis. Someone who will fit in with us and who will love our flat as much as we do.

We have a cat called Bindi who is 5 years old. Shes a house cat so doesnt leave the flat. Shes very friendly and never aggressive. She loves to be where ever you are but isn't keen on sleeping with you etc. You wouldn't have any responsibility for her, just be another human for her to love.

Only extra cost is council tax which is £40 a month.
