Duplex apartment. Really nice, high end pad opposite Alexandra Park. Dead quiet and no ghosts ;-)

The bedroom is big with an internal balcony that looks over the living room - and double shower en-suite.

There is free street parking and a bus stop directly outside (no tram). It takes 12 minutes to get to Piccadilly train station in a cab (I've timed it ;-)

I like my quiet times so don't be a wreck head

This place is very high spec and posh ;-)

The church overlooks the park and it's really quiet.

Please make sure you can afford rent before suggesting a viewing - saves us both a lot of time.
