Single or double room to let

Located in a nice cul-de-sac, 5 minutes walk from the tram and bus stop with parking available I have a lovely single or double room available for rent. The rooms are nicely furnished in a cosy but modern 3 bed semi with a large garden, a study and an extra WC.
I spend a lot of time at work, out with friends and at the gym.
The house has been renovated to a high standard and is very clean and tidy so I am looking to share with someone who enjoys the same. I also have an 11yo daughter who stays with me 2 nights per week and a cat called Jamie who prefers the outdoors but occasionally comes to visit!
I am ideally seeking a Monday - Friday let but would consider full time to subject to conditions.
