All bills included in rent and includes off road parking for one car.

The room itself is something of a blank canvas so you can add your own touches like pictures on the walls and soft furnishings if you like. Other than that there is a double bed with space underneath to store things, bedside table and wardrobe.

You’d be sharing with me and my two little dogs (very well behaved), I’m a late 30’s professional, single gay man working in retail so I have a varied schedule. I love to cook and socialise both in the City and locally.

My ideal housemate would be someone who’s very clean and tidy, that would be really nice towards the dogs and would be social - without being a party animal.
