Double Room With Own Bathroom

I have a lovely 3 bedroom house and am looking to rent out a double room. It has a large bed (king size) but also can be converted into a single if necessary. The room comes with a double wardrobe and plenty of storage. There is also a private bathroom on the landing.

The rest of the house is quite spacious with a large kitchen diner and living room with TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix included.

The house is in a lovely cul-de-sac with off road parking. It also has a great back garden- ideal for BBQs! It has a large conservatory with a study area. It is a 10 minute walk from the tram station and only 20 minutes into Manchester City centre. Local amenities are within a 2 minute walk!

A little about me- I am just finishing off a PhD at the University of Manchester and will have a bit of time off out of the country towards the end of this year, before returning to work for the NHS. I am generally quite a chilled person and enjoy socialising. I also enjoy the occasional Netflix binge! I’m looking for a fairly tidy housemate. I’m happy to hang out but also leave you to it if you fancy some space!

The house also comes with a couple of friendly cats who actually think they are dogs! 😂 Fully house trained and spend most of their time outdoors. I would like someone who likes cats and doesn’t mind feeding them and/or showering them with attention. 🙂
