If you need to work from home, we may have the perfect room for you! We have a fabulous double en-suite room with its own private study room which is both lockable and separate from the bedroom, giving you convenience of working from home, but also space away from work when needed. The house has a lovely living-dining room with patio doors to the garden. a good sized kitchen with a dishwasher, two fridges and two freezers between 3 tenants. We also have a utility area under the stairs to ensure washing doesn’t get in the way of cooking etc! The two other professionals in the house, are welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive, so a lovely household to join. Whitefield is a great place to live with gyms, parks, shops and restaurants. The house is in a wonderful location, being a modern house in a historic area of Whitefield with the benefit of off-road parking and easy access to both public transport and the motorway network. Utility bills are included in the rent (Gas, Water, Electricity and Council Tax).

Please note Broadband is available (cost is split between 3 tenants, so as to ensure they get package and access they want, this works out at a very minimal cost) If you take broadband the rent is reduced from £595 to £585 per month to allow you to contribute to the cost.

Please also note we do not take a deposit, we simply ask for two months rent up front. This covers your first and last month, so on giving notice you do not pay for your final month as you will have paid that at the beginning of the tenancy and there's no waiting for a deposit back etc.
