We have 2 rooms coming available in a modern house in Whitefield both with great storage the one that is available now has its own large bathroom and the other coming available shortly has a nice en-suite shower room .
The house has a first floor shared lounge with brewing up area, a ground floor shared kitchen with space to sit, and all rooms have their own bath or shower room so plenty of space to accommodate shared living.
The housemates are a lovely bunch of mature professionals and Whitefield is a great place to live with parks gyms shops restaurants and places to socialise. It is also great for transport with M60 J17 5 mins away and the metro a 4 min walk away from the house. We have off road parking and a garden.

Please note we don’t take a deposit but ask for 2 months rent on signing the contract. This covers first and last months rent so when you give notice you don’t pay your last month as it is already paid, and no waiting around for deposits to be returned. Tenants have found this helpful when moving to their next place whether it be when they are buying their own place or moving to a new rental location, however if you prefer the traditional route happy to take a deposit equal to a months rent which would be held in the tenant deposit scheme.
