Double Bedroom with office and double bedroom

I have a double bedroom with En-suite toilet and comes with own office to work from home

I am looking for a professional person who wants to rent the property either short term or long term.

I live alone and mostly travelling between liverpool, Leeds and london. We have a beautiful living and kitchen and garden.

Tram is on a walkable distance and public transport into town is around the corner.

We have nice restaurants, parks, golf courses and bars nearby and supermarkets.

It’s a very affluent area of Whitefield and we are close to ringley road.

On road parking is free and we also have a drive for one car where I park mine but feel free to park when I am away.

I prefer someone who is clean, doesn’t smoke and drink alcohol at least at home and respectful. No pork containing products are allowed
