Council tax c paid by landlord. Please note we don’t take a deposit but ask for two months rent up front that covers first and last month of tenancy. So when you give your months notice at the end of tenancy you don’t pay as you have the final month covered and don’t have to wait for deposits to be returned etc. Many tenants find this helpful however if you prefer a traditional deposit holding in a deposit scheme we can facilitate that also.
