Who you’ll live with

This is a 3-person shared home.
• Myself — female professional (50s), working full-time and studying part-time, so the house is usually quiet.
• One other tenant (in the single room).
• Looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful housemate to take the double room.

Rent & terms

• £750 pcm single occupancy (all bills & broadband included).
• Couples welcome: £1,050 pcm (all bills & broadband included).
• Open to discussing the rate for the right fit/longer stay.
• Deposit: £500.
• Available from: 30 Sept 2025. Minimum stay: 1 month. Short-lets considered.
• Pets considered by agreement. On-street parking available; space for bikes.

References preferred (landlord/employer). I do a simple check, but I’m flexible—happy to consider recent payslips, a student letter or a guarantor if you’re new to renting.

Getting around

• Metrolink: Prestwich / Besses o’ th’ Barn within ~15–20 min walk; trams to the city centre ~17 mins and very frequent.
• Buses: stops on/near Oak Lane (e. g., 97/94/95) 2–8 mins walk.
• Roads: quick access to M60 for wider Greater Manchester.

Local essentials

• SPAR & Post Office (Ribble Drive) with long opening hours. ~5 mins walk
• Morrisons Whitefield (Stanley Rd) + Morrisons Daily (Thatch Leach / Windsor Rd) ~20 mins walk
• The Gym Group Manchester Whitefield (Moss Lane, M45 8EL) ~10–15 mins walk
