Double Room to let

I have 1 room to rent in my home in Whitefield, Manchester. It’s a quiet area with off road parking, we have local shops nearby and good public transportation as well. The bedroom is fully furnished wifi included in rent. All other utilities are included, you only need to buy you own food and do your own washing. The rent will be £90 per week. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen dining room conservatory and bathroom and downstairs toilet.
