I have had 4 successful housemates through "Spareroom" (2 male and 2 female) and Sam my current lodger is being joined by his wife and son from Sri Lanka from August and has found his own place. If you like the room but need to move a little earlier I do have a small single that you could have as a short term stop gap.

I have just turned 60, but am still young at heart. I normally work from home and am looking for someone who who works normal hours leaving me undisturbed during the day and who wants to live in a lovely part of town - but has their own life and isn't specifically looking for a buddy - though I am friendly!

There is Sky & BT Sports and BT Infinity Broadband/Wireless. As well as the shared lounge, and dining room, there is a separate "snug" with its own TV and the bedroom has an aerial socket and TV. If you are musical there is even a piano.
