Flat Mate Wanted Whitefield

Hi, im currently a tenant in the 2 bed flat. I have been living here for a year and just signed another 12 months. Its a spacious modern 1st floor flat, out of 3 floors, with modern kitchen and a large bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Its a great location for transport, 2 mins walk to the bus stop with direct access to Manchester centre and Bury. 5 mins walk to the metro link and less then 1 mile to the M60.
There is plenty of private parking with views of trees from the flat.
A park next to the apartments and a 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

I work 9-5 in Bolton so drive to work, I tend to spend my social time in Manchester due to the easy access to town. Im looking for a flat mate who is the average amount of clean and tidy like myself, and someone I can get on with, enjoy meals and a few glasses of wine etc.
