Lovely Double en-suite room with great storage

Hi Everyone,
This lovely furnished double room has its own shower room and brewing up area.

The house is a modern town house on a quiet development with a shared kitchen / sitting area, shared lounge and shared garden. All bedrooms have their own shower or bathroom, so no queuing in the mornings! There is also off road parking.

Whitefield is a lovely place to live with bars, restaurants, shops, parks, gyms and all the usual amenities. Slattery patisserie is a great place for afternoon tea, breakfast or brunch and Whitefield is ideal for transport either by road or tram, with the house being close to J17 of the M60 and 2 minutes walk to the tram.

Utility Bills are included. We do not charge a deposit, but do ask for two months rent up front. This covers your first and last month rental payments. This arrangement works out slightly cheaper than agents or landlords who do charge a deposit and has the added bonus that at the end when you give notice you are not waiting for a deposit to be returned and your last month's rent is already paid, so tenants usually find this really helpful.
