The house is spread over 2 floors with one modern fully fitted kitchen and contains a large American fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, hood and extractor, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer.

Rent paid for the room is £570/month. If you are a couple, both have to be professionals and rent will increase with 30% (total £741/month).
