Large furnished double room 15 min walk to town

Hey there! I’ve got a lovely double-furnished room with a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedsides, and a divan base with drawers. (Council tax band B)

The property is just a 5-minute walk from Mesnes Park, and it’s also a great starting point for a lovely weekend walk to Haigh Hall through the Plantations. It’s also about a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, hospital & train stations (which are directly connected to Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, London, Glasgow & Edinburgh. Plus, there’s free parking outside the house.

I’m an interior designer, and I’ve completely renovated the property from scratch! I’m looking for a respectful roommate to share the property with and hopefully even become a friend. I love going for nice walks, watching films (and trash TV!), and cooking for my partner (who I see on the weekends) and friends (and sharing an occasional bottle of wine!).

Generally, the bills are included, but we’d need to agree on costs if you work from home.
