Lidl, bars, restaurants, KFC / subway / Chinese / Indian / Italian, bus stops & train station.
35 min drive into Liverpool & Manchester.

‘BASIC RULES & REQUIREMENTS...
The house cleaning is shared on a weekly basis by the house guests.
Residents must be clean and tidy.
Residents must be in full time, employment for at least 3 months with the same employer.
Residents must be respectful of the property, neighbours and other guests.
Photo Identification is required,
Also a reference is required by your employer stating your current position and how long you have worked at the company.
Smoking and candles are not allowed in the house, smoking is ok outside.
No credit checks required.
