I'm moving away from Manchester soon and am looking for someone to take up my place in the flat. Robert and Niall will be left. They're considerate flat mates that aren't afraid to have a chat and a pint.
The room is a spacious double and the landlord is happy to accommodate any and all furniture needs you'd want (I had him bring a desk in when I moved in).
The landlord lives in London so isn't here all the time but tries to visit once a month to make sure any concerns are addressed.
