This room is available immediately and part of a houseshare with four other lovely girls, situated in Withington. It's in the perfect location, roughly a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and Withington Library, very close to Fallowfield and 25 minutes from Uom and ManMet. The cost is £411.80 per month, we then split the cost of utilities and wifi.

The room has a brand new queen sized bed, wardrobe and dresser (it was all replaced in September) and two big windows for brilliant lighting.

There is a large kitchen/dining area (with fridge-freeze, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and gas hob), this leads through to a great sized lounge with bay windows overlooking the front. It's super cosy, comes with a smart tv. There is off road parking to the rear with communal gardens.
Everyone who visits the house says its the nicest student house they've been to, so really not one to miss!
