We have a double room in 3 bedroom house located in Withington (Christie Hospital Area) 5 minutes from Wimslow Road with the bus stops: 142, 42, 41, 143, 43. The house is clean, non-smoking with spacious living room and big garden. There is a spare room which could be used as a storage.
The room is a mid sized, well lit and fully furnished with a double bed.
The rent is £475 per month.

The rent including all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband)
The house is currently occupied by two Polish people, male and female
We are looking for professionals or student who want to live in quiet and clean house with friendly housemates.

Landlord agreed for trained cat. Sorry no dogs.
