Double Room in House Share

Hey there, this is a double bedroom on the ground floor of a 5 bed semi detached house in Withington.
The amenities are as follows:
- 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs)
- 2 showers
- 2 fridge/freezers
- 1 gas hob cooker
- 1 washing machine
- 1 tumble dryer
- gas central heating
- double glazing

Monthly rent is £377.

Bills (water, gas&electric, broadband) comes usually to £45/month on top of rent, however I will continue to pay your share of the bills, you will only have to pay rent. The reason I'm doing this is just as extra incentive for someone to take the room. Good deal right?

I am the current tenant of the room, and we are looking for a student to take my room whilst I am abroad on my erasmus semester from Febraury to May. We are a house of final year medical students who have just passed our finals so we are a bit more relaxed. Ideally we are looking for someone who is considerate, easy going and sociable.
It would be preferable if you can meet the housemates before moving in, so that they can get to know you a little and plan things out in advance. If this sounds like your thing, then send me a message and we will take it from there.
