Double room in cosy Withington terrace

We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bed house in the heart of Withington.

The room is of a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house has a nice homely feel to it with a great sociable open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space.

Out the back we have a nice little yard with rattan furniture, a table and chairs, BBQ and firepit. We also love to garden so it blooming in the summer!

There is room to store a bike indoors should you need to.

Location wise :

Great transport links into town including numerous bus services within 5 mins walk, Burton Road and Withington tram stops 10-15 mins walk, easy access to the M60 and M56 via Princess Parkway, bars and restaurants of West Didsbury’s Burton Road 10-15 mins walk and the local Co-op a 3 min walk. Withington Baths and Hough End Leisure Centre are both only a few mins walk away also!

Current housemates:

We're Paul (36) working in Energy for the NHS and Jess (33) a trainee therapist, art business owner and barista. Both fun, friendly and sociable, who love a good chat but also appreciate our quiet time too. We enjoy cooking and watching tv together, keeping fit, music/ gigs and having a good glass of wine every now and then.

If you’re looking to live in a house that feels like a home, where you can be yourself and make friends out of your housemates, you’ve landed on the right ad.

The most boring bit: We like to keep the house clean and tidy but aren’t absolute clean freaks. We tend to share and rotate jobs between us throughout the week.

Rent and Bills:

Rent is £520 per month excluding bills and is paid directly to the landlord. Bills are currently coming in at around £135 per month each.
