Room for Rent in Withington

Hi everyone,

Nice to meet you, I'm Rory and I'm 26 years old.

My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of July and so I have a free room in my 2-bed flat in Withington that needs filling! Council Tax band for this flat is B.

The flat is located right by Withington Library, so it's an ideal location for bars, shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets - Didsbury and Fallowfield are only a 10 minute walk away! Great transport links as a bus stop is practically outside the building. West Didsbury and Burton Road tram stops are also both within around a 10/15 minute walk.

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat (one is an ensuite), so you'll have an entire bathroom all to yourself where there's a bath/shower too. We've also got a nice Juliet balcony that is gorgeous in summer when the sun sets.

As for myself, I'm a young professional freelance journalist! I'm a chilled and relaxed person, I love to chat and make new friends and learn more about people. I'm a big fan of movie nights, painting, board games and the odd pint down the pub.
