One of our housemates is moving out, so there is a furnished double room available on the first floor, with an additional room for extra storage and for working from home, and a clean family bathroom (with a bath and shower) shared with current female housemate.

Our outgoing housemate has moved the wardrobe into the spare room next door but you can configure the bedroom to your preferences!

Bedroom - £340 rent per month - Available from 9th December.

Bills are equally shared at £184 each per month for everything, making the rooms and house a steal for the area.

Rest of the House

Ground Floor – A good-sized lounge and kitchen/diner, downstairs WC and patio doors to the garden.

Second Floor – Occupied double room and a small bathroom with loft storage.

The entire house is fully furnished, so you simply need to move in and make it your own. It's a great house and the photos don't do it justice!

About me - I work in project management for the NHS. I love the outdoors, climbing, running and going to gigs. I also like watching a good series or film.
