King size bed double room available for Sublet

Hi there!
I live in a lovely and cosy home in South Manchester with my two flatmates.

I’m away visiting my family at my home country from mid November and then traveling for December and January. I am looking for someone likeminded to move in an enjoy the property with the lovely house mates whilst I’m away. Cosy artsy vibes but we are all responsible workers!

About the house:
The landlord is a friend of mine who has bought this property and fully renovated it. The living room is as you see in the pictures. It’s very cosy and has big windows to let natural light in. Downstairs we also have a big kitchen, a small toilet and access to the garden and storage.

Upstairs we have the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. The bedroom you will take is the largest in the house and I’ve made sure there is enough space in drawers and wardrobe for clothes as well as the storage spaces downstairs 😊

The space is perfect for someone that might be looking to move but is struggling to find somewhere so looking an in between stage, or a newbie to Manny! 🌸

Rent is £575 and this includes rent and all bills. (Council tax, water, gas, electric and WiFi).

Move out date would be first or second week of February but we can discuss this as well as I can be flexible and stay at my partner’s house if you need a bit of extra time to move.

About the flatmates:
They are absolutely lovely and we enjoy doing things together as a house. Important to note that this is a home and not just a house share 🩷 even if you’re short term enjoy the vibes 🫶🏼🙌🏽 evening movie nights and things like that but also have our independent lives
