Beautiful Flat in Withington Available June

I currently live this lovely building and my housemate is moving out in June.

I am looking for another professional, I am currently about 2/3 days at home and then the rest of the time in the office. I also teach yoga locally some evenings.

Currently my housemate is planning on leaving the furniture in her room so it's up for grabs if you need furniture and if not don't worry. My furniture is in the communal area's, as you can see from the first picture.

The room up for grabs has an en suite, and also there is off street parking as well. I would say my party days are over, and I still like going to gigs and festivals however, I am also very happy to just chill and enjoy as well.
