I am away for a research project over summer, so happy to rent out my room. It is spacious with large windows. The place came unfurnished so it comes with simple furnishings (clothes rail, cupboard, desk, mattress). You are welcome to come and look around, we have a nice garden that will be lovely in the summer, a lot of space for parking and a front garden. The street is very quiet, in the kitchen is a sofa and large TV. Looking for someone chill and respectful, happy to leave as much or as little of my furnishings in there.
