Room available in Withington flat for July & Aug

Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate for two months from 1 July - 31 August until my friend moves in. The flat is lovely, bright and spacious and comes with off road parking and a balcony. It’s also furnished and rented off a private landlord. I’m a 24 year old female who works in HR, I work from home three days a week. Bills come to around £160 per month per person. You’ll also need to pay for referencing checks. Would need someone who’s ready to commit asap as my landlord wants a plan sorted. Please enquire if you need more information 😊
