Hi looking for someone to take over a tenancy for one of the rooms in a 2 bedroom flat in withington. The room is a decent size and comes with a wardrobe and drawers included. It’s a large flat and it has a good sized living room and kitchen/dining area. It has excellent transport links and it’s easy to access the bus and the tram is only a short walk away. The rent is 620 a month including bills and the deposit is £425. I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 24th June 2024. I’m currently working as a mental health nurse and I do 3 long days a week. I’m a fun sociable person and I also like to keep things clean and tidy.
