Double ensuite room in South Manchester

We have the above room in our lovely house in Withington available for a new flatmate! Sadly our current flatmate is moving out.

The room is a medium sized double bedroom with storage space and most importantly an ensuite.

The house is a 3 bed semi detached, on a quiet street just off the princess parkway. It's super easy to get into town and out of Manchester too. The kitchen is well sized for 3 with all the essentials, even a dishwasher. It has a dining table so there's plenty of space for everyone plus guests if needed. The living room is spacious, well furnished and also a widescreen TV. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The garden is really nice in the summer with a patio and chairs to relax on.

Tarush and myself (Ash) are junior doctors working in the area. Although we have tough schedules, we like to think we are quite sociable and like to hang out in our free time. We enjoy going out in the area for food or drinks but also enjoy homely nights in too. We keep the house well maintained and have had a really good time living here.
