Room for rent Withington, Manchester 24/25

Ground floor room for rent in a lovely house in Withington, Manchester. The room’s huge and despite being on the ground floor I’ve never had any problems with noise etc.

The lads you’ll be living with are absolutely amazing. It has been an absolute pleasure living with them for the past year and couldn’t have asked for better people to share a house with.

They’re all third (final) year music students at BIMM Manchester studying Electronic Music Production, Songwriting and Music Business. Due to this they’d prefer someone that can manage the occasional noise that comes along with a musical house (this usually looks like 1-2 hours, 2-3 days a week, as a lot of practice/ production is done at the University.

The room would be perfect for anyone studying at BIMM Manchester, Royal Northern College of Music or Spitfire Studios, however is open to anyone studying in Manchester.

Unfortunately I had to leave Uni for medical reasons and I’m also making the move to Australia, otherwise I would 100% be staying in the house next year as I have loved every minute of it.

The house itself has 4 floors, 3 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bath), a study, 2 done up basement rooms, a garden, a lounge and good size kitchen. With everything you could ever need as the lads enjoy their cooking/ baking.
