Student House, 3 bedroom, looking for one tenant

Student houseThere are two payment options available for the house with a £500 deposit.
I have paid the first payment for the 1st July but am looking for someone to replace me in the tenancy agreement. I can send more details if you are interested.

Option 1- Standing order for the full year:
Set up standing order for 1st each month:
1st July 2024- £216.67
1st August 2024- £216.67 £435 if moving in before september
1st September 2024 - 1st June 2025 (10 payments)- £433.34

Option 2- Standing order for 1st July/1st August only, then payments in line with Student Loan payment dates:
Set up standing order for 1st each month:
1st July 2024- £216.67
1st August 2024- £216.67

September 2024- Pay for September/October/November/December- £1733.32
January 2025- Pay for January/February/March- £1299.99
April 2025- Pay for April/May/June - £1299.99

About the current tenants

Tenant 1:
I'm 21years old, a 3rd year psychology with counselling and psychotherapy student at MMU. My hobbies include, hiking, crochet, reading and music. I like LOtR and Harry Potter. My favourite music genre is heavy rock and metal. Also chair of the Rock Society at MMU, so would be great to have someone like minded.

Tenant 2:
I'm 20 years old, a 3rd year sociology student at MMU. My hobbies and interests include reading, crafting, music and baking. I like crime shows. I listen to a range of music depending on mood. I'm part of the rock society.

The current tenants would like to find someone with similar interests and would be interested in meeting/calling you if you are interested in the property.

Please write about yourself if you are interested, interests/what you are studying. I will pass that on to the existing tenants, it is important to me they are comfortable who they live with.
