Looking for new housemate in Withington flat share

My current flatmate is sadly moving out at the end of August so I'm looking for someone to take over his room! It is a double room in a good sized flat, fully furnished with all of the necessary amenities.

The location is great being right in the centre of Withington, with a Co-op, Sainsbury's, GP, pharmacy and multiple restaurants and pubs being less than a minutes walk away. It's also well connected, being a 20 minute cycle, or half hour bus or tram from the city centre (Burton Road tram stop is a 10 minute walk away).

Rent is £500 pcm before bills (comes to around £650 with all bills and council tax). The landlords are easily to contact and very good with any repairs that have been needed. The agent will be responsible for doing normal reference checks.

I am currently working in a café so I work fairly regular 9 - 5 hours and would prefer someone that works a day job with a similar schedule.

In my free time I enjoy playing music, making art, going out to pubs and concerts and going hiking in the Peaks, so if you have similar interests you'd fit right in! As a flatmate I value a healthy balance of socialising and spending time alone, so someone with a similar outlook would be the best fit :)
