6 Mauldeth Road is a big 13 bed house made up of mostly MMU / Manchester School of Art students. I am looking for a clean and tidy ideally queer art student to take over my lease, as I have pulled out of Uni due to a health condition.
The rent is £139 a week bills included. The room is large with a double bed, skylight, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There are 5 bathrooms in the house. The house will be clean, tidy and quiet. Parties will be hosted sometimes, every week or less. A lot of the flatmates will keep to themselves and living here will be peaceful.
Smoking, drinking and other activities are fine, but just keep clean and be positive!
Student house so no council laws applicable.
