New Flatmate Wanted for Withington Flat

Hellooo,

I'm sadly leaving Manchester for work at the end of September so will be looking for someone to take my room in a lovely two-bed flat in Withington. The flat is on a 12-month lease that begins in September meaning 11-months will be remaining by the 1st of October (although it is possible get out of if you find someone else to take over).

The room is spacious, light and comfortable and comes furnished with a chest of draws, a good quality bed and mattress as well as a spacious built in wardrobe.

The location is great being right in the centre of Withington, with a Co-op, Sainsbury's, GP, pharmacy and multiple restaurants and pubs being less than a minutes walk away. It's also well connected, being a 20 minute cycle, or half hour bus or tram from the city centre (Burton Road tram stop is a 10 minute walk away).

Rent is £500 pcm before bills (comes to around £650 with all bills and council tax). The landlords are easily to contact and very good with any repairs that have been needed. The agent will be responsible for doing normal reference checks.

Here's a word from my flatmate Cam: "Hi my names Cam, I'm currently in the last few weeks of an MA in Microbiology after which I'll be going full time in a bar in Ancoats while I hunt for jobs. I enjoy climbing and hiking in my free time as well as going out to pubs and socialising. I'm a clean person who's easy to get along with and enjoys a healthy balance of socialising and alone time so someone similar would be ideal. Looking forward to hearing from you :)"
