My flatmate is moving out so looking for someone to move in on a 6 month tenancy.

Ground floor flat. Very quiet area but also just a few min walk from Wilmslow road, so easy to get into town via bus or elswhere via tram (tram stop about mile away). Plenty of shops, bars and eating places nearby.

The room itself is well sized with a double bed.

Rent - £425
Deposit - I believe its around 500 but will check and update
Bills (electric, gas, internet, council tax) - Varys on season and usage but plan for 120-220
Then a water bill every few months

About me, I'm a 30 year old professional, work in town 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Like socialising but also some downtime. Tend to keep my big nights to weekends nowadays so ideally thats similar to you!

The contract renews on the 10th so looking for someone that can take over from then, even if move in day is a bit later.

Happy to do viewings but will have to be between 6-8 weekdays!
