The room is a double bed with a built in wardrobe, with its own personal bathroom just across the hall. The other flatmate you’d be sharing with is currently studying for a PhD in Physics at Manchester University.

The room is very good value in good area in Withington. Has a great size living room area, for meals and watching TV. The tenant would have their own cupboards and fridge shelf. There is also gated parking available if you drive.

Flatmate enjoys cooking, watching football, movies & series and going to the pub at the weekends. You would have access to loads of nice pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
