Room in Withington to rent from December

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my friend’s tenancy in Withington to move in start of December. It’s a lovely 2 bed flat with secure parking, a bus stop right outside and 15 mins from Burton Road tram stop.

Rent is £575 monthly and I have set up all bills and council tax which come to roughly £130 a month. Contract will be 6 months then rolling.

It’s a double bed room, fully furnished and you’d have your own bathroom. There’s a large kitchen/dining room/ living room too. The flat is clean and overall a lovely space!

I’m 23 and a teacher so love a chilled evening in after a busy day, and going to different suburbs, walks and drinks at a weekend. Message for any more details :) xx
