Lovely double room available in a professional house share of 3 lovely girls.
The location is really convenient for public transport, with a bus stop only 3 minutes walk away, and both tram and train stations close by. There is also space for a car on the drive.

Flat has a separate living room and kitchen and a back garden with a lovely seating area (less used at the moment but really lovely to sit out over summer!)
The kitchen comes fully equipt with 2 fridges and freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher included.

The available room is on the top floor and is spacious but also has a really cozy feel. The room comes with a comfy double bed, 2 sets of drawers, a wardrobe, a big desk and chair, rug, mirror and a little table (all pictured)

The house has 2 bathrooms, so you will share the bathroom on the top floor with one other person.

You'll be living with 3 lovely girls aged 23-25, all working professionals.
They all love watching TV together and going for a few drinks at the pub but also are respectful and like their own space. Looking for someone who also wants to be friends as we all get on really well in the house and want that to continue.

The flat is £485 a month not including bills which tend to come to around £80-100 a month.
