Spacious Room In cosy house in Withington🤍

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in March 2025, in a house in Withington, South Manchester! 🤍 ⭐️

Rent is £539 and comes to around £600 with bills. Living with 3 super lovely young professionals/ recent graduates. It’s a super spacious bedroom (it’s the biggest bedroom apart from attic). There’s amazing connections to town by tram/ bus, we’re near Didsbury and there’s loads of cute bars and cafes round here too. We know the landlord and she’s great, and the neighbours are really nice too!! I love the house and I have been on this road for 4 years, I’m moving due to work!

We have a living room with a big sofa and dining table, a kitchen with a washing machine and glass doors to a veranda that we sit in through rain or shine. We have a back garden great for barbecues, (weather permitting) and there are 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. The house is cozy and has character, with wood floors throughout.

Some info on the lovely housemates:

They’re a really friendly group of people who like to go out to the pub, cinema and go to gigs! They equally like a night in chilling, cooking and watching a film. You’d be living with 1 girl, a young professional and recent maths graduate who likes yoga, crotchet, live music, and football (Wigan). And 2 boys, both recent graduates and working in Manchester. One likes writing, making music, events and football (Newcastle), and another, an actor who loves cooking, film and theatre, and also football (Liverpool). 😅It’s a super chilled house but everyone pulls their weight with cleaning, we like to do stuff together as well as chilling in our bedrooms for a few days where needed!
