There are currently two double bedrooms in our house share available from the 3rd March. 1st floor back room at £675 and 1st floor front room at £695.

Both rooms have a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. All bills are included in the price (council tax, water, eletric, gas & wifi).

The house has a shared kitchen with two fridge freezers and plenty cupboard space. Pots/pans/dishes/cutlery etc. is also included. Living area is joined to the kitchen and there is a TV and two sofas for relaxing. There is an outdoor area with a table & chairs which can be used in the summer. There are also two bathrooms shared between the 5 tenants. Roadside parking is available if you apply for the free resident permit.

Located in Withington, there is a Coop and Sainsburys located within a 3-5 minute walk. There are also lots of cafes, charity shops & independent business nearby.

Other housemates are all young professionals. The house is let by Manchester rent a home. The contract is a minimum of 6 months and then will move onto a 2-month rolling contract after.
