Double room in Withington area

Helloo,

After four glorious years our brilliant flatmate Katherine has decided to move in with her partner and we are on the lookout for a new housemate!

We are a house of two friendly and silly people, all professionals in our mid twenties. We're very independent - we spend a lot of time out and about. Whenever we need to unwind and take a break from the world out there we have dinners together, watch crappy tv and do some crafts in the living room.

We are all fairly creative and this is an LGBT friendly house share! We value clear communication, keeping the house clean (not always super tidy, lol) and sharing house duties. We are not crazy party animals but we do LOVE to party with our friends. So we are always happy to have friends around, we just don't tend to stay up until 3 am if that makes sense!!

The house has four bedrooms (one is a wee small so we use as an office space sometimes). We have a garden, a living room, a tiny but functional kitchen, two bathrooms (with a bath :)) and a lot of love to give!

We're doing in person meet ups to show the house around and have a wee chat! Just wanna make sure our values align and that we're all looking for the same things in a house share :)
