Rent = £540 pcm fixed payment
Gas/Electricity = £70 pcm meter reading dependent
Water = £ 25 pcm meter reading dependent
Council tax = £54 pcm fixed payment
Broadband = £13 pcm (not optional)
Strictly no pets, no couples and no smoking on the property as per specified in the contract (which is standard for most landlords). Previous references required at the landlords request.
Passport will be required for Agency Checks.
Our new Housemate must be clean, respectful and a team player ✅️

Our quiet street is easily accessible by foot or car to transport links. The landlord has been proactive in solving any concerns we voice which has been refreshing. There is excellent fridge and cupboard space in the kitchen and the bathroom has been newly refurbished. We love this house!
