Double Room in Girly House Share

We are looking for the third housemate for our cosy, artsy vibes, super relaxed and peaceful household <3

About the house:
Downstairs
The living room is very cosy and has big windows to let natural light in. The living room patio doors lead out into the garden. Downstairs we also have a big kitchen with a dishwasher, a small bathroom with an adjoining boiler room containing a washing machine.

Upstairs we have three bedrooms and bathroom. The bedroom you will take is a double bed size and comes furnished but bare in mind this room is the smallest of the three so would suit someone that doesn't need lots of space😊

We have a nice garden so in summer look forward to garden parties, BBQs, and cute sunbathing sessions playing cards and listening to music🌻🌞

Rent is £550 and this includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, TV license, broadband, and WiFi). 🌸

Looking for a young professional or mature student who enjoys doing things together as a house, it’s important to note that this is a home and not just a house share and want whoever is joining to be on the same vibe🫶🏼🙌🏽 evening movie nights and things like that but also have our independent lives.
We like movie nights in, listening to music and playing cards, and just doing cute bits. We're not big drinkers and have created a very wholesome, creative little haven so would be suitable for someone on the same vibe.
The adjoining house is owned by our landlord and we treat it as a sort of double house share, so we have a gap in our garden hedge that joins them together, we share a hoover, hangout, etc. If you like a cute commune vibe we're your girls (they'll probably be at the viewing)

About Us:
Lucia (25)
I like to paint, sew, play piano, cook, go to gigs, and make things whether it's a clay candle holder or carpentry! I'm currently recovering from burnout / chronic fatigue so spend a lot of time resting and being creative in the house.
I also have a cat (Tinkerbell) who is fully my responsibility, but occasionally I go away and it's important that whoever moves in is okay with sharing the feeding/looking after of her when I'm not there.

Bryony (27)
Bryony's a folk singer-songwriter who teaches piano in the living room as well as works in hospitality. She's really sweet and likes to cook, read, listen to and play music, going to gigs, and you'll always hear her singing around the house.

Location:
We are in between Withington and West Didsbury, being about a 10 minute walk from both Burton Road and Withington high street. If you don't know these areas both have great restaurants/bars/takeaways. We are also between Hough End gym and Withington Baths which is really handy. Transport-wise we're less than a 5 minute walk from the 101 & 103 buses, and less than a 10 minute walk from the 111 bus - all of which take you straight into town, and a 10 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop & Withington tram stop.

We are LGBTIQ+ friendly! Also, I've ticked the female only box but ofc non-binary included x
