Room With Your Own Kitchen And Own Bathroom+Toilet

Hi :)
I rent the top floor of my house, inclusive of bills EXCEPT ELECTRICITY AND GAS which will be shared between us on a monthly basis or every three months. You will have your own kitchen and own bathroom. I live on the ground floor with my partner, we have our own kitchen and bathroom. They are basicly two separate flats but they are connected, it is still a single house. All other bills are included.

It is very quiet house,, you can hear the birds singing!
Close to Withington village, a few minutes walk from Burton Road, bus and tram stop, gyms, Unis, Christie and MRI. .We need an independent person, who is comfortable living by themselves. You must be able to change a light bulb or take the bins out, if we are away. Very basic stuff of independent living. We will be away most of the time. No wild parties or strange things please, my neighbours are families and I am constantly in touch with them. I can't stress enough that you must like your own company, this is a big house and we will be at home a couple of days every two weeks, during the summer we are looking after my mother in law in Cheshire most of the time (for 6 months) , and we work from there.

For the right person, this can turn into a long term arrangement.! You can personalise the flat, paint the walls, etc
This is a quirky house, very vintage looking, Lots of light coming in from the windows, and very quiet at night.

Initially, 12 months contract, then rolling month by month or other 12 months. As you prefer.
I have a friendly dog, very quiet, we consider other dogs, but we need to have slow introductions, my dog is a rescue lurcher, and has high prey drive. She probably was used for hunting, before I adopted her.

Moving date ideally before 3/04/2025 but I am flexible
