Double room in lovely home, Withington

This is a temporary let for the months of May and June. The lovely house I live in is going to be sold over the coming months, but the landlord is willing to sing a contract for the months of May and June.

For the first month my current housemate Sophie will be here, so rent split three ways will be £367 each. Rent for June will be split two ways between me and whoever moves in, so 550 each. After June the contract will move to a rolling contract, with the landlord giving two months notice to move out. I plan to stay as long as I can, so there might be a possibility to stay for a few months after June, but I can only guarantee the house will be available for the contracted months of May and June. I appreciate that it’s a bit complicated, so feel free to ask any questions.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, easy-going, and also just seeking a peaceful home life. The current gang are all in 30s and work fulltime, so it is a relaxed place, not too busy. We cook & eat separately, but we chat and hang out in the living areas sometimes. My partner Harry is around some weekends. Sadly, we can’t have pets. There’s a spare room that’s currently used as an office during the week, but current housemates each have friends or family stay in it a few times a year.
