Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy

Hey! I'm Shibani , I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy agreement from the 1st of July 2025. It is a double room with big bay windows (yay sunlight) in Withington. It is a 5 min walk from the high-street, with grocery shops, gyms, parks and bars essentially at your front doorstep! It is close to main public transport routes and Mauldeth road train station for easy access to the universities and city centre.
The room and house comes fully furnished. The property is a 5 bed, 2 bathroom house with a massive wrap-around driveway (fits 4 cars) and garden access.
Rent is 155 pp/pw including all bills with no limit, with half rent in July.

The other tenants are a group of final - year medical students, they are a group of lovely girls who enjoy hobbies like baking, hiking, running and music. They are looking for a housemate (preferably female) who is LGBTQ+ friendly, cleans and enjoys cosy nights in as well as the occasional night out.

Genuinely love the girls, but unfortunately, I am moving out for personal reasons.
